Our family of four rode the Silverton on about July 1, 1954. The train was still a mixed and included about five cars of sheep. Since the train was apparently a little too heavy for 476 to handle alone, so the Durango yard engine was placed in front. Combine 212 and the next two coaches were "Grande Gold" but the remaining passenger cars from the San Juan were Pullman Green. I'll hunt for a photo.
