In fact, it never left Durango again. 473 was used in the Butch Cassidy movie east of Durango, then made the round trip to ALA. 478 was used as a westbound helper from Gato for a couple of trains in June, then got was also used in the Butch Cassidy flick, but don't recall if it got used east of Durango.
