I know Doug Harley, he was so kind to give me some pictures of a 1956 railfan trip. The editor of the book "White Gold Railroad" passed away some times ago. There are some errors in his book, but some other very interesting material. To bad that there is not much interest into this unique line. But maybe, like the White Pass, it is to far away for many peoples.
