It is indeed Central City, South Dakota. It is looking west down Deadwood Gulch with Sawpit Gulch splitting off to the right and the hill in between. The three rail section continues for about a mile before it's just narrow gauge down to Ruby Basin and terminating at a stop called Aztec. I'm working on mapping all of the Black Hills lines here:

I used to have pictures linked to most of the lines and placemarks, but Google My Maps is currently broken for this feature so they are temporarily inaccessible.
