A whereizit

I have posted this picture previously hoping that somebody would recognize the location, but without luck. So I thought I would try again. In looking at a blown up version of the original negative on my screen, I can barely make out pipe gons and idler flats behind the boxcars, and the gons appear (they are only partly visible) to be empty suggesting an eastbound move. My initial guess was eastbound on the Farmington branch, but I cannot get the hill side in the background to match. The hillside looks more like Monero canyon to me, but the lighting seems wrong for an eastbound there. And I can't get the engine and consist to match up with anything else in my collection of pix. So once again I hope the experts here can find some clues that I don't see.
