Because we have 4 serviceable K-36s and a K-27 our focus is to expand the earlier historic footprint of the railroad by putting a 1883 vintage passenger locomotive into serviceable condition. It will partner with the historic passenger cars we are restoring and add a dimension to the railroad that is currently missing. The intent is to be able to show the railroad as it existed before the large engines were even built.
We are now seeking and accepting donations for this exciting project.
