just curious what the C&TS does with its Cinders now a days, it doesn't look like they are being used as ballast much anymore along the right of way, also, the yard seemed to look a darker black in the early days of it's inception than it does now is that because they don't use the cinders in the yard anymore? Anyone have any clues?
