My biggest frustration is that when something new comes out in print, ya better jump now and pull the trigger on buying it because there is never a second edition on most books. Somehow you have to find the money to purchase a book because we are just too small of a hobie to justify printing large quantities of anything.
The big issues with me on electronic media is that unless somebody hosts material forever sooner or later much of what we read today will disappear. One of the nice part about books is that if you take care of them you can read it again in 50 years, (try finding that online a half century from now).
Computer storage problems, crashes, and other electronic glitches will probably dog long term storage for the foreseeable future. My brother in law works with film movie cameras to record bomb drops for the government and he tells me that some of the sites doing the same work in digital media are having information lost in storage in less than 5 years. For now, I think print media is still the best option.
