I'm in need of information about the back bumper engine step that Baldwin supplied with their narrow gauge loco's in the 1881 period. I've got a very distant picture of this step on EBT #7 and there is an illustration in the "Illustrated catalogue of narrow-gauge locomotives" By Baldwin in the Google books, Page 326,Plate 38, part 5,engine step. The problem is that it just gives a rough elevation and no top detail to manufacture a scale part.
Does anyone have a better picture or a detail drawing of this cast part.(I'm assuming it was cast by the pictures).
Thank you all and this is a great site!!!
