We had the contract to do the structural repairs to the Rico tank that included reroofing it and fixing some of the supports and foundation areas. That was in 2006. We also adjusted the tank bands to take care of a shrinking tank. It was already fenced at that point, I think by Rico Rennaisance, the company that owned the surrounding land and had donated the tank to the Rico Historical Society. One of the members had stashed the spout under their porch and it was installed some time after we completed our work. We had done much the same work on the Needleton tank in 2004 for the D&S.
