Capital Projects

All this talk of capitol projects reminds me of one suggestion we had several years ago to build some form of a one or two track shelter in Chama or Antonito to keep the passenger cars covered. This would be to protect them from the bad weather, and the sun, which would save on repainting so often. Why was this idea not mentioned in the capitol projects. I would rather see them preserve the coaches than build an theater venue at Cumbres. As someone in the other thread says, this is a place for scenic train rides, and you can go see a concert in Denver, or Albuquerque anytime!!!!
Does anyone else remember the talk of the covered tracks in the yard for the coaches a few years back???
