S & S equipment

After a long absence I have returned to the NG Discussion page. As I have been trying to catch up on the activity/discussion I missed, I have not read any threads relating to the collection at Fort Lupton, CO.
I read that the owner passed away within the past year, I was wondering, has any overtures been made to the family to recover/restore any of the equipment.
I realize that the Friends have many "irons in the fire" at this time but there are several pieces of equipment at the S&S that would enhance/compliment rolling rolling stock in Chama, such as the stock cars, "Gramps" tank car (on accurate trucks) & the long reefer.
Also, don't forget the Alamosa turntable is there.
