What I have been doing? This past winters projects.
This is my new hand pump car, it's all new. I designed it with a taller tower so us taller "old" guys don't have to bend over so much. I also have put rails inside and outside my "Smitty's Rocky Marriage Ranch Narrow Gauge Railroad", Salisbury, Oregon back shop. The rails are 2" X 2" X 1/8" wall square tube with 1/4" X 2" tie straps every 5', I have about 400' of track down, my 200 acre property is a mile long so I have room for expansion, who knows I might have the rails all the way to Silverton in a few years! . This works great for running my light weight narrow gauge speeders, Model "A" Ford, Velocipede and hand pump car on, but my 20 ton Plymouth is a bit too heavy for this type of track. I built a hand crank roller to roll the 2" square tubing, when I roll the tubing I invite my heavy duty truck driver friend over for lunch! When I built the new hand pump car I also built an extra pump handle and crank shaft that is FOR SALE if you want to build your own hand pump car this is the hard parts, I made the handles look like a casting. I also have 36" narrow gauge motorcars and a 20 ton 1927 Plymouth HL-4 FOR SALE.
I want to keep farming so some of the toys have to go!
Farming: The only way to come out of this business with a small fortune is to go into it with a large fortune and quit before you lose it all.
Actually I want to keep farming till it's all gone!
So if any one is interested in my for sale items send me an e-mail back channel.
