now if they were requesting 15 empties would they take more for possible storage at Crested Butte for future use or would they simply move what was needed?

I am not sure how this worked on a day to day basis. Information regarding the number of empties requested was not shown for each day. It does appear the requested number of empties for this date is what was moved from Gunnison the next day.
