Working on any of the rolling stock should be a good choice if you're good with tools and such and like restoring stuff that will move and operate. Since this is your first session, may I suggest working in Chama since that's where you'll meet most of the guys (except for those elite crews) and that's where most of the stuff goes on. If you're staying in Chama then it's also a good thing to work there so you don't have to find your way driving up to Osier or anything. You might also consider working in the coal tipple in Chama, we're working on firing a diesel hoist engine that's been sitting dormant for many years. I'm hopefully going to be on that team. I'm not sure if you consider it antique, but the railroad's '78 Dodge Power Wagon brush truck is parked in the Chama yard area. If there was a project to work on it I'd be in...
