Re: Baldwin Branch Question

Some info from the valuation map:

C&S Ry sold the Baldwin and Kubler Branches together with all switches, tracks, buildings and structures to the D&RGW RR by agreement 5636 5-11-1937. (Yes the note says Kubler not Kebler)

The southwest portion of the roundhouse site was sold to Lauren B. Waterman 11.68 acres, AFE 1846, 11-6-1948.

The northeast portion was sold to The Sterling Co. 5.58 acres, on what looks like 9-3-54. (The roundhouse was mostly on this piece of land except for one stall and a portion of the turntable pit.)

Line retired and abandoned Gunnison to Castleton AFE 3550, 1955.

I don't see any notes about the demise of the roundhouse.
