Skonk,
We may have to call on those pictures of the side dumps in Skagway if more detailed pictures of them in operation can't be found. I figured that the container flats had a similiar paint job to the anvil ore cars, simple and to the point. If we can't find any solid information about the paint scheme we may have just go on that.
