Narrow Gauge Fever

Tour begins and ends in Albuquerque, NM. I am not including airfare or train fare to/from Albuquerque. The market is very competive on prices and many people come from different directions. However is designed so anyone can meet the tour by train or plane in Albuquerque and the tour starts the morning of the 19th August.

Highlights include
4 nights in Durango, CO for Railfest. Tickets to rail excursions is available directly from the D&S.

Visits to Leadville, Colorado and Southern, Royal Gorge Scenic, and Rio Grande Scenic (not narrow gauge, but on former narrow gauge routes).

Ending in Chama, NM. for three nights and options of taking several of the special trains on the 40th Anniversary weekend.

Not a bus or large scale tour, small group tour with rental vehicles.
