Invitation to Rocky Club meeting in Denver

UPDATE -- This event has now passed, but the Club meets on the second Tuesday of most months. In October, the annual member's banquet takes place on a Saturday and this replaces the usual meeting.

The monthly meeting of the Rocky Mountain RR Club will be held on Tuesday evening, August 14.
Chris Lane, book editor with White River Productions, will present a program that includes a brief overview of that company. They are now a leading publisher of railroad books and magazines, as well as newsletters of some RR clubs. Chris plans to show images from recent Colorado narrow gauge books from White River, including Stan Rhine's work about Rocky Mountain RR Club trips on Memorial Day weekends. Another topic will be M.H. Ferrell's new book on the early years of the D&RG that covers the time period before 1910, and some rare Utah narrow gauge.
This is an open meeting, member or not. Feel free to join us at 7:30 pm in south Denver.
