Rhymes of the Rockies

Tim mentioned the Atlanta railroadiana show below. I spent the morning there as well, and came upon a D&RG publication that I'd never heard of.
"Rhymes of the Rockies" was already in its fourteenth edition in 1896, when 350,000 copies were printed. It's a paperback editions, and printed inside is as follows:
Presentation
This little Book of Poems,
Descriptions of Scenes among the Rocky Mountains
as viewed from trains
of
The Denver & Rio Grande Railroad,
is presented with the
compliments
of
S. K. Hooper
General Passenger Agent
COPIES OF "RHYMES OF THE ROCKIES WILL BE SENT TO ANY ADDRESS ON APPLICATION TO
(list of passenger agents)
What follows is the usual flowery prose, mediocre engravings, and some exceedingly bad poetry (this isn't Walt Whitman, it's not even Slim Whitman <img class=" /> ).
Interesting little souvenir. Does anyone have any more information on it?
