My best guess would be Azotea would be the place for Extra 484 West to head in to be overtaken by 115 and either Lumberton or Dulce for the meet with 116.
My reprint of the 1919 timetable does not show siding lengths. I realize that using a timetable that was printed 20 years before these trains ran could throw the whole thing off.
BTW when did these train numbers change to 215-216?
