Rocky Mountain Views-Interstate Co.

Does anyone have any information about the souvenir books that were published by The Inter-State Co. (later the Van Noy Interstate Co.)?
I have a copy of the 1914 edition of "Rocky Mountain Views on the Rio Grande, The Scenic Line of the World" and recently purchased an incomplete 1917 edition and was surprised to note that several of the photos are different.
I just found a copy of "From Salt Lake City to San Fransico Bay, The Feather River Route" in a local used book store. They also had "O'er Canon & Crag to the Land of Gold, The Cripple Creek Trip" by a different publisher (The Railroad View Publishing Co.), but the format is the same, card covers bound with cord, pasted in color lithographs, made from tinted b&w photos or etchings.
How many different titles and routes were available?
