Optional cookie support

ADMIN>AdminPost
We have added optional cookie support to the NGDF. What this means is that you can set your preferences to your tastes and when you return, those preferences will be used to determine how messages are displayed. The use of cookies will also mean that your name is remembered when you post something new, and that any delete password you might want to use is also remembered. Lastly, the use of cookies will identify what (if any) new posts have been made since your last visit. To use cookies you will have to access the NGDF through this web address:
www.ngdiscussion.net/cgi-bin/NGDFcook.pl
The information contained in the cookie will be used by the program which runs the NGDF to apply your preferences, and to identify which articles were posted since your last visit. This information can not and will not be traced in any way by the NGDF, and will in effect be confidential communications between your computer and the NGDF server. Also, the default format for the NGDF will continue to be without cookie support, meaning that you will, in effect, have to opt-in to use them.
Now back to the important stuff.
