Probably the only original parts of the 20 are the boiler.
I believe it received RGS 25's tender sometime during its life on the RGS. I also believe it got the 25's cab.
While the frame, drivers, etc. may be original, I would imagine that much of the running gear has been replaced one piece at a time over the years due to normal wear and use.
