Its no longer a Rumor (customer service is in place and working). Two couples came into my store this morning very upset and disappointed. A problem with there reservations and they couldn't board the train. They said they drove half way across the country to ride our train and now their vacation was ruined. I suggested they go back across the street and talk to Mr. Ranger. When they returned they were all smiles and told me that the nice man (Dan Ranger) took care of there problem and saved their vacation.
