We had asked for one off of each of the west corners of the building, but our contractor suggested a third. When we are running our wood burning Heisler, loads of wood on racks pass up that driveway on a forklift. It is unlikely that the building needs to be protected directly from the west, but more likely a forklift driver getting a little too close with a wood rack on his approach to the narrower area. There is no real clearance problem, that is the driveway is plenty wide, but just trying to cover all bases.
