Testing the new pit stall rail system in the WW&F Engine House

December 6th, 2022 - Engine 52 was the first locomotive to travel over the pit stall rail system in the new WW&F engine house. This view shows 52 at the south end of the stall as the crew checks flangeway clearance at the sill.
Entering the run through stall from the north, Engineman Dan stopped the locomotive just inside the doorway for Track Crew boss Steve to check measurements.
