Pretty pathetic that this had to happen. Too bad, I enjoyed the video, thank you for posting it. I am very interested in the new diesels and hope to make it up there next year. I loved the older diesels, but change happens. In 2011, my youngest son and I encountered the Lake Bennet train at Fraser BC. The engineer let us up in the cab of a Shovelnose for a few minutes. So it was interesting to see the differences in the cabs. I noticed rail along the tracks by the gravesite north of town, is that CWR waiting to be installed? My only extended cab ride was with the same son a couple years ago on the Royal Gorge train (highly recommended). The engineer engaged in conversation with us, telling us a couple times she had to stop and focus on a couple things. She encouraged us to take videos, even when she had my son blow the horn. I am sorry about the negative reaction to the video, as I said I enjoyed it and was planning on watching it again on the laptop.
