According the data in
The RGS Story Vol XII, Victor Miller received the following 45 stock cars from the C&S in 1938:
9 Single deck and 25 Double deck C&S stock cars with steel underframes and cast steel trucks
5 Single deck and 1 Double deck C&S stock cars with wood underframes and cast steel trucks (and blosters)
1 Single deck and 5 Double deck C&S stock cars with wood underframes and steel arch bar trucks
Incidentally, of the 125 cars that came from the C&S, the stock cars had the most use and lasted the longest on the RGS right up to abandonment in 1952.
Only two of the three steel underframe cars remained in service as reefers, the other was converted to a water service MOW car.
Most of the boxcars never saw regular service and sat on sidings for four years when they were sold off in 1942
Some of the boxcars and a few of the stock cars were converted to flatcars as well
