Yes, MIke has it, as the Rail & Tie car, 06051 is the subject of Friends' work teams lead during session C & D, by Roy Blizzard and Tony Kassin, who will continue their work on the 'company service cars' with the Wheel & Tie car done last year, very near to this one...
Glad to see Roy returning this summer again, all the way from N. Jersey, and Tony all the way from "the city different-Santa Fe".
