There are a ton of dead Engleman Spruce above 8500ft in the national forest. Those trees were killed by bark beetles when George W Bush was president. Doesn't matter how much it rains. Those dead trees are a danger until felled or removed. And above 8500 ft is mostly where the rr runs. Serious dereliction of duty upon the forest service to not clean up the Engleman mess.
