Russo, I heard from a poster that has been 80% right on his stats, that Baldwin stamped a VIN number on the frame outside the 4th set of K-37 drivers. This should enable the C&TS to get a title from the Colorado or New Mexico DMV. This stamping does not include the paint code number, so the color is up for grabs. The number codes for optional equipment are also missing. I'll check back with the poster, I'm sure he has that information.

Just realized the frame was replaced on the K-37's when they were narrow gauged. That means they need a salvage title,
