IF Andrew really is a 14-year-old with severe challenges then my sincere apologies to him.
I had assumed from the '1995' in his handle that he was 26 or 27 years old, and from another person's post several days ago that he had caused problems on at least one other forum and had been banned. I had no idea of these alleged difficulties and challenges, only that I was far from the first or only one irritated by his posts — including the root post here coming only a few days after Scott Gibbs had specifically responded to one of his earlier posts and explained exactly what the situation is with #492 vs #497.
