Your comment "I definitely think passengers should be told that they will have to wait (Kyle and GBart never bothered to tell us), and that passengers should be given tickets for a specific bus based on the order in which they purchased tickets. It shouldn't be a free for all".
I agree and that is exactly what we have been asking for since the start of the season.
