Durango "north yard" sale a few years back

A few years back (I can't remember exactly how many years but probably less than 25?) the Durango Silverton sold the "north yard" which was subsequently developed. As I try to remember, where was it, and, what was built upon that land once the railroad sold it? I believe there also was a sale of excess and unneeded rolling stock at the time, what rolling stock was sold?

Just wanting to solidify my fading memory, thanks,
