I was in Chama for the Fireman & Engineer school in early July. One evening, the passenger train came into Chama late because one of the cars had a hotbox on the way down the hill. I was at the station when the train came in and watched everyone get disembark. I didn't hear a single complaint from anyone.

Even when the unexpected happens (and it does happen) the folks at the C&TS make things work far better than expected.
