No; KMRy has never operated on the C&TS or the D&S, or any other railway in Colorado. While the idea is indeed intriguing the money need for the FRA compliance and shipping would be better spent on the 110 little things that need to be repaired and fixed on her. But we are always open to interesting prospects like that in the future.
