There was somebody(ies) who thought that a good joke bake in the 1960's and 1970's. I remember seeing a car marked like that in the around 1970 on a siding on the Silverton Branch and being fooled (I was just turned 9). I thought for several years it had been a real RGS car, when I found out about the "joke" I Was Not Amused. In fact, at that moment, I'd have hauled on the rope if they caught 'em.
