Hi Everyone,
I purchased some negatives recently, and this one was among them. There is a fresh "Hand Brake Tested ALA 5-28-45" on the rear step on the opposite side of the car from the photographer, who is unknown. Anybody know what the details of this were? Herb Danneman, are you on here? I figure if anyone would know he would.
