The coal fired S.S. Badger is still operating on Lake Michigan. Built in 1953 ,the former rail car ferry operates during the summer between Ludington Michigan and Manitowoc, Wis. It carries automobiles, trucks and foot passengers. The Badger has an automatic stocker.

Something for coal and steam fans.to add to your "bucket list." See its website for more information: S.S. BADGER
