This view of 346 reminded me of an event at the Museum that happened eons ago in the 60s. 346 had a very tall whistle as in this video, and during a steam-up was switching around in the area where the library is today. The whistle caught a very low power line that hung across the ROW and the tension snapped it off, instantly causing an unexpected pressure relief. The crew dropped the fire and got away—the relief continued for at least half an hour.
