I agree that it was too many threads ago — so I'll second your question -

I started this thread to more easily keep track of the solutions offered, but I'm not certain of the dates either.  "Victorian" is better known and sounds 'old-timey' to most people, but "(post-)Edwardian" is more accurate for the mid- and late teens.  IIRC both #168 and "#425" are equipped with generators & electric lights, so it can't be too much earlier than 1915 . . .
