New D&S Doubleheader procedure.

Been a number of years since the D&S ran double headers in the valley south of Hermosa The procedure has been for the helper to run light to Hermosa, take water an the couple up to the train engine there. Today, they changed the procedure and the helper coupled to the train engine just north of the 15th Street (Animas River) bridge. They double head to Rockwood there the helper cuts off and runs light to just north of the High Bridge where it waits for the train. They couple up and run as double header to Silverton.
