New Western Shot on the C&TS with Denver & Rio Grande #168

A STAR IS REBORN
The Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad's newly-restored, historic train set has already garnered Hollywood's attention. Denver & Rio Grande steam locomotive #168 (Baldwin, 1883) and its coaches roll across the screen in "The Harder They Fall," coming soon to theaters and Netflix. Here's a link to the trailer:
In 1935, #168 was used in "The Texas Rangers," starring Fred MacMurray and Jack Oakie. It then spent 75+ years in a Colorado Springs park before being rescued and restored to operation by the C&TS Special Projects team.
