Movement of Wood Cars - C&S Caboose 1006

As we start the reassembly process of Caboose 1006, we are discovering further evidence of just how much movement the car body had experienced over the years. One such example is the B End door, which was trimmed to fit a doorway that was no longer square. Now being assembled on a square frame, the door and door frame will have to be altered slightly to accommodate the changes.
