Early K-28 Plow

I wasn't aware that the K-28's sported an early plow similar to what you'd see on a C class but definitely different. This appears to be a steel beam plow or has pockets which can be seen that rest on the steel beam pilot. Any way thought it was interesting and if anyone has any more details or photos please share! Picture is from the Dorman Collection on the Friends site. Thanks.
