This shot of the 400 must be all over the place. It was sent to me and here is the colored version I got. Looks the same as one already posted. I have hunch the boiler jacket is actually gray. The engine was classed as "work equipment" and not assigned a class for locomotives. The small printing under the cab number is the work equipment class number.
