Referring to these issues I thought 486 was down for a 1472 or is it down for something more similar to what happen to 473 and her firebox? If the D&S does there rebuild every 5 years 486's was around 6 years ago.
I personally would be surprised if 486 was next due to the record ridership I would get 481 or 482 transitioned as quickly as possible to get more locomotives ready for their peak season so they won't have to beat up their other oil burners or turn to the diesels.
Also is 478 the only locomotive due for a 1472?
