Every time I drive from Durango to Farmington, I am surprised to see the Bondad water tank still standing. Expect some day to see a pile of wood like Gato. Area had light snow this winter which probably saved it for a while longer. Another heavy winter like 2019 will probably see the demise. Wish it could be saved.
