Of course I would prefer the railroad continue fueling with coal. I think most, if not all, of us would prefer that. A coal burning steam locomotive is as genuine of an experience as one could have. But economic and political realities simply dictate that moving to oil is inevitable, especially for tourist lines like the D&SNG.
I just want to hear these century old beasts continue to work through the Animas Canyon for as long as possible.
